DIY PROMO
We also run various gigs across Wales under the name Do It Yourself People or DIY Promo. All of the bands we put on are involved in gig swaps with bands on the label, and every band who plays for us gets paid.

We do not do pay to play, band pre-ticket sales, buy ons or names/numbers at the door. We do not support promoters who use such tactics.
Everyone gets their fare share.

ONLINE STORE
We also have our online store up and running through Bigcartel, where you can buy all of our releases and merch from the bands on the label.
The store is always being updated with merch & fanzines that we support, so please keep checking back.

From January 2009, all of our releases are distributed exclusively throughout the UK by Code7 / Plastichead, so please support us by using your local record store.

FREE STUFF
We also have a load of FREE stickers to give away and plus button badges if you want them, either come see us at a show or send us a message through our myspace page.

HADDONFIELD TO SUPPORT KRIS ROE(ATARIS) AT TJ'S
Haddonfield will be supporting The Ataris main man Kris Roe at TJ's in Newport on Oct 24.
This is the only UK date of his solo tour and is going to be packed, so get your ticket NOW!
Also playing are A New Day, another amazing Welsh punk band who are currently signed to Lockjaw, but who knows what 2009 will bring (wink wink!)

Tickets are £7 and Haddonfield have a few for sale from their myspace page (see links).

Haddonfield have unfortunately had to pull out of the Brynmawr Gwesty show on Oct 31st. The gig is still going ahead with Dead fashion, Life! Death! Prizes and Fell On Black Days still playing.

DISTRIBUTION DEAL SIGNED!
As of January 2009, all of our releases will be distributed throughout the UK exclusively by Code7 / Plastichead.
We are gearing up for a huge year with a load of amazing bands releasing new material which we reckon you're gonna love!

Later in the month we will be able to release more information regarding some of these bands, but at present we are still working a few things out, but belive me, 2009 is gonna be a great year!

FIERCELY INDEPENDENT
We recently spent a whole week checking out bands myspace pages and shortlisted 16 whom we contacted and asked if they would be interested in featuring on our first compliation, which will be released on Seven Records in 2009.

We have had an amazing response, and some of the bands that have contacted us will be following up the compilation with full releases of their own.

SEVEN INCH RECORDS / DIY PROMO LAUNCH GIG IN NEWPORT
We've started up our promo nights again after a bit of a break and our first show back in Wales will be at Le Pub in Newport on October 1st.

We started up Do It Yourself People to not only promote the bands on the label, but also to bring some amazing bands who we've worked with before from further afield back to Wales.

The first show will not only feature Haddonfield, but Cardiff's My Little Murder, who are great live along with old favourites from Birmingham The Killerest Expression. The show will be headlined by Swiss HC punkers Welcome to the Last Millenium, who have their new album out in the UK on Beerbelly Records.

It promises to be a great show, so come on down and support our new night. If it's a success, then we hope to put more shows on in the area, after all the wealth of talented new bands around here at the moment is astounding. Wales has never had it so good!

SEVEN INCH RECORDS TEAM UP WITH US LABEL
We were contacted recently by Dark Sky Records from California who asked if we would like to submit some tracks for a compilation they are putting out in October called 'Underground Rising vol.3'.

We had a chat with Haddonfield, who were well up for it, so their track 'A&E' from the "Bar Brawls.." ep will be included.

We will have a few copies of the CD for sale through the online store and at Haddonfield's gigs.

NEW MERCH
We are getting a new line of T Shirts printed up featuring our new logo, designed by none other than Godmachine, the artist who has been recently working with many bands including a whole host of acts on Victory Records roster, plus his work for Dead Metal Clothing, Dainton Vs Pritchard, Kill City Skateboards and Blue Banana speaks for itself.

This is one hugely talented guy and we are over the moon with the designs he's come up with for us.

BRAND NEW VIDEOS UPLOADED
Haddonfield's promo for their track 'Panic' has been uploaded to their page. Directed by Chris Callow in Cardiff.
Their page also has the original 'Panic' video, directed by 13 Dead and shot at TJ's in Newport when the boys played with The Misfits.

Black Cesar's recent appearance on S4C's Bandit programme has been uploaded to their page. The featured track 'Dogfist' will be one of their tracks on the forthcoming split double 7" with Zonderhoof.

HADDONFIELD TOUR OCT/NOV 08

IS MYSPACE DEAD?
There are so many 'new unsigned' bands sending us adds at present that it makes us wonder if there are any real people out there. Maybe everyone has given up and gone to Facebook? or Bebo? or somewhere else?

Well, we still use it, but we are also on Facebook and have a new page up on Reverbnation, which we think is much better to use than myspace.

HADDONFIELD ANNOUNCE POST TOUR SHOWS
Following on from their recent UK tour, Haddonfield will be playing a couple of local shows before hitting the studio to begin work on their debut album.

The dates are:
24 June - Le Pub, Newport.
25 June - Barfly, Cardiff (supporting UK Subs).
18 July - The Dollshouse, Abertillery.

BLACK CESAR & ZONDERHOOF AT TJ'S NEWPORT 7TH JUNE
The legendary venue in Newport that is TJ's will host an awesome lineup of Doom on Saturday 7th June.
Black Cesar and Zonderhoof be laying down their awesome riffs alongside Atomk, Spider Kitten and headliners, Death Of Her Money.

Doors are at 7pm and entry is £5.

HADDONFIELD UK TOUR - MAY
The Welsh punks will be hitting the road in May for a 10 date tour of the UK with A New Day (Lockjaw Records), including 3 dates in Scotland for the first time which the boys are really excited about.

BLACK CESAR SWANSEA SHOW
The Cesarians will be hitting Swansea on May 25th at Sin City for what will be an awesome bill also featuring Jagermong and Ghast.
Doors open at 7.30pm and its £3 entry.

The tracks from Haddonfield's 7" single 'Panic' will be available for download from 7Digital, costing just 79p for a limited time prior to the release of the vinyl.
